This site, dygram.co, is operated by Dygram Designs, a brand identity studio led by Zubair Khan. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and what your choices are. It covers the website only — work delivered through Fiverr is also governed by Fiverr's own terms.
The short version
The site collects almost nothing, and nothing at all unless you act. There is no advertising, no profiling and no data sold to anyone. Analytics run only if you switch them on. One thing does happen without asking you: some blog articles show photographs loaded directly from Unsplash, and your browser contacts Unsplash to fetch them. That is described in full below.
Analytics — only if you accept
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages are useful. If you decline, or ignore the banner, analytics never loads and no analytics cookie is set — nothing is sent to Google at all.
When it is enabled, it runs with IP addresses anonymised and Google's advertising signals switched off, so it is used for measurement rather than ad targeting. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.
The project brief form
If you send a brief through the Get Started form, the name, email and details you enter are emailed to the studio so we can reply. That is the only reason we hold them. The message is delivered through Resend, an email service acting on our behalf; it is not used for marketing and not shared further. If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent, ask and we will.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage for two small things: to remember your light or dark theme preference, and to remember your analytics choice above. Neither is sent to any server. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies at that point, and only then.
Who your data is shared with
Three services, each only for the purpose named:
- Google Analytics — page-view analytics, and only if you accept.
- Resend — delivery of the brief form to our inbox.
- Unsplash — serving photographs on some blog articles, which happens as the page loads rather than on consent.
Sixteen blog articles also show a photograph served directly by Unsplash. Because the image is loaded from their servers rather than copied onto ours, your browser requests it from Unsplash directly, and that request carries your IP address, your browser's user agent and the address of the page you are reading — the same information any website receives when it serves you a file. It happens as the page loads and is not covered by the analytics consent banner, which is why it is set out here.
We do this because the Unsplash API terms require photographs to be loaded from their servers rather than copied onto ours. The links to each photographer carry a referral tag identifying this site as the source, so the photographer gets credit for the use. We receive nothing back from Unsplash about you: no analytics, no identifiers, no report of who viewed what.
Articles illustrated with our own diagrams make no external request at all. If you would rather not contact Unsplash, a content blocker will stop the image loading and the article will still read normally.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs as any web host does. Nothing else receives your data, and it is never sold.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to analytics at any time. For anything you sent through the form, contact us and we will act on it. Analytics consent is withdrawn by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If the site's data handling changes, this page changes with it — it is generated from the site's actual behaviour rather than kept as a separate document that can drift. The date below is when it was last revised.
