How your project actually runs.

Six steps, no surprises. Your first logo draft lands within 24–36 hours of the brief; everything after that we agree together on the call.

  1. 01

    We ask real questions.

Timeline, competitors, target audience, the colours you love and the ones you cannot stand. The brief is where the work is won or lost, so we would rather spend an hour here than three rounds of revisions later.

  2. 02

    We design your concepts.

Genuinely different directions, not variations of one idea — one, two or four depending on your package. Each takes a different strategic angle, so you are choosing between approaches rather than between shades.

  3. 03

    Everything passes internal QA.

Nothing reaches you until our team has reviewed it against the brief. Most sellers send whatever the designer finished. This step is the reason our revision rounds are short.

  4. 04

You see it in the real world.

Each concept arrives with the thinking behind it and mockups showing how it looks on actual products, signage and screens — not floating on a white square.

  5. 05

    Revisions stay open.

Unlimited. Tell us what to change, or tell us to try a different direction entirely. We keep going until you are genuinely happy, not until you give up. Calls are free the whole way through.

  6. 06

    You get everything.

Full file kit in every format you need, plus a signed copyright transfer document with your name on it. The brand is yours, permanently.

Before you write

What we need from you.

These are the questions we would ask anyway. Answering them in your first message saves a round trip and usually improves the concepts, because we start from your reasoning rather than our assumptions.

  1. Your brand name, and the tagline if you have one
  2. What the business actually does, in a sentence or two
  3. Who you are selling to
  4. Two or three competitors, and what you think of their branding
  5. Colours you like — and just as usefully, colours you cannot stand
  6. Where the logo has to work: signage, packaging, an app icon, embroidery
  7. Any references you like, even from outside your industry
  8. Your deadline, and what is driving it

Revisions

How revisions actually work.

Unlimited, and that includes changing direction.

Tell us what to adjust, or tell us to abandon an approach and try something else entirely. Both are fine and neither costs extra. We keep going until you are genuinely happy, not until you run out of rounds.

We do not send samples before an order.

Every concept is designed for your business from your brief, which is exactly why we can afford to keep revising until it is right. Nothing we show you is recycled from another client, and nothing you receive will turn up on someone else's brand.

Questions

Everything people ask first.

Do I own the copyright to my logo?

Yes, completely, and you get it in writing. Every project ends with a signed copyright transfer document naming you as the owner — not a checkbox in a package description. You can trademark the mark and use it anywhere, forever.

How many concepts do I get?

One on Basic, two on Standard and four on Premium. They are genuinely different directions rather than recolours of the same idea, so on the higher tiers you are making a real choice. Revisions are unlimited on every tier.

How fast is the first draft?

Your first logo draft lands within 24–36 hours of the brief. Everything after that we agree together on the call — we would rather commit to a real date than quote a slogan.

What if I do not like any of the concepts?

Tell us and we start a new direction. Revisions are unlimited and that explicitly includes abandoning an approach entirely, not just nudging the one you were given.

Do you send samples before I order?

No, and we are straight about why. Every concept is designed for your business specifically, from your brief. That is also why we can afford to keep revising until it is right — nothing we show you is recycled.

Do you use AI to generate concepts?

Never. Every direction is drawn by a designer. No generated marks, no prompt-and-tidy. It is also why no two clients end up with the same idea, and why the files hold up at any size.

Who actually does the work?

Separate teams for separate disciplines, all under one studio. The logo team is not the animation team, and the animation team is not the packaging team — but they all work from the same files and the same brand rules.

Do you work with startups or established brands?

Both. A first identity for a company that does not have one yet, or a rebrand for one that has outgrown the old one. Roughly half our work is each.

What files will I receive?

Vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG) plus JPG and PNG at every size you are likely to be asked for. Printers, developers and future designers can all work from what you get.

What languages do you work in?

We handle projects in English, Urdu, French and German.

Ready when you are.

Send the brief with as much of the above as you have. We will come back with questions, a timeline and a quote.
